Faye Dunaway was born in Florida and, after graduating from Boston University, worked in theater, primarily at Lincoln Center. She made appearances on television and made her film debut in Otto Preminger’s Hurry Sundown (1967) starring Michael Caine. Her third film, Arthur Penn’s Bonnie and Clyde, in which she played Warren Beatty’s partner-in-crime, made her an overnight star. Here, just four months after the release of Bonnie and Clyde, Dunaway was photographed by Jack Robinson on January 19, 1968, for a “Vogue’s Own Boutique” feature.
